THI exists to make the fundamental truths about healthy, sustainable living and eating common knowledge, shifting the global understanding of practices that help people live longer and envision a world with less chronic disease.
Decades of published research support six core lifestyle principles that most effectively add years to lives, and life to years. Suisse Life Science is committed to helping its Members incorporate the best versions of these principles into their own lifestyles by determining the best approach for each individual’s genetic predispositions with data-driven behavioral health coaching. THI’s core lifestyle principles are:
- A diet composed mostly of minimally processed foods
- Routine physical activity
- The avoidance of toxins
- Adequate sleep
- Effective stress mitigation and management
- The cultivation of meaningful, supportive relationships and strong social bonds.
Although these lifestyle principles may be somewhat obvious goals, in practice, it is often difficult for people to incorporate them into their lifestyle.

Without understanding your DNA, it’s difficult to understand how your body responds to stress or to know how much sleep is truly adequate for your body. Sticking with a workout regimen or a meal plan can seem impossible if you don’t know the activities and foods your body responds the best to.
