  • If I change my goals, how does my diet change?

    If you change goal, your DNA-Matching diet may be changed. Food suggestions and micronutrients will be updated, reprocessing the entire food environment. For example, if you need to manage sleep, chamomile may be added for support.

  • How is possible that my iDDNA® diet is better than any other diet around?

    We are what we eat, so we need to incorporate the right balance between freedom and healthy choices into incorporate our lifestyle. My iDDNA® diet is built with more than 96 dynamic algorithms to serve your freedom and quality of life.

    First, we analyze your lifestyle (habits, sleep, stress, food preferences, etc.). Then, we calculate your energy balance considering your current body measurements and your goals. Here, we balance your genetic traits (low-fat effectiveness, carb metabolism, protein intake, etc.) with your food intolerances to determine your DNA-Matching diet approach. Your DNA-Matching diet also provides food exclusions and frequency suggestions (including religion-based dietary restrictions and exclusions). We then fine-tune your food environment according to your international cuisine preference. Finally, we calculate your metabolic exercise suggestions based on genetic predisposition (type of exercise and intensity), resulting in a short list of activities and recommended workouts per week. We calculate your micronutrient needs from your genetic deficiency predisposition, your lifestyle, your preferences and dietary approach, resulting in the below guidance:

    • Amount of single micronutrient (vitamin, amino acid, antioxidant, pufa, herbal extract) you need per day and foods that can provide you the same amount
    • Your custom formula balanced by an expert nutritionist to cover all your daily micronutrient needs.

    Your dynamic food planner still isn’t finished! Depending on your fasting preferences, we redistribute foods in different meals and create chrono-nutrition breaks balancing a number of meals per day, food frequency and meal composition. Now it's up to you: You can interact with your food environment in complete freedom, skipping meals or selecting different food options and my iDDNA® will automatically recalculate your needs.
